Terms of Use:

Each student has their own account to send online course notifications, track progress, etc. New enrollments will receive an email to set up their password. Company billing and payment information is not available to students signed up by their Provider Agency. Only employees of Provider Agencies or Independent Providers with a current provider number may register for and complete our med-admin courses and renewals.

If the student does not complete the online course, or if the required documents are not received within a month, we will assume the transaction has been abandoned. Refunds for online materials and courses are not available. However, if you suspect there has been an error we will attempt to help you work out a solution.
